Was told job could of been done 1/3 to 1/2 cheaper. Then did a sale pitch for other plumbing work for ~$2000. Four weeks later we got heavy rains, sump pump didn’t work. But we asked to re-silicone our shower unit and the door hardware was damaged in the process.

I called the furnace manufacturer and was told the panel was covered under the warranty and I would just need to cover labor. Rodenhiser provided a quote for $2000 including parts and labor. When I explained the part was under warranty, they told me it was not under warranty and they would need to charge me for the part. I called the manufacturer again and they assured me it was under warranty. I called Rodenhiser back and then they told me their distributor could not get the part.
